Our new online store.
Novo have released a limited range of its product for sale online through our new online store.
As you browse our collection you will notice that some product will have a “buy now” button. This means the product is available in our online store.
To only see what is available for online store, then select the “online store” button at the top left of the screen.
What happens when I click “buy now”
If you have selected a particular colour in a collection that has other colours available you will have the option to preview other colours available, or keep to the original colour you have chosen.
When you have selected a colour you can click the “select size” button to see the available sizes. All sizes are Australian sizing and a size chart is available to compare against Brazil, European and UK sizes.
When you have selected your size you can click the “select quantity” button. Select how many you want and then click “add to cart”.
Your Cart
When you go to the “your cart” screen you have a number of options. You can view your cart at anytime when browsing our website
You can ‘edit’ the product which will take you back to your purchased item and make changes to colour / size or quantity.
You can also remove an item, when you do this the item will not be in your cart for purchase.
Can I continue Shopping when in my cart?
You can continue shopping by clicking the “continue shopping” button at the bottom of the screen or continue to browse the collection.
Promotional Codes, what does this mean?
From time to time we will run promotions that will include discounts off product or free shipping.
To redeem a promotional code, enter it in the text box and click “Validate code & update price”. The pricing will then be updated.

Fill in the form making sure your details are correct. All fields marked with an asterisks (*) are mandatory, including phone number so we can contact you if anything goes wrong.
You only need to enter your shipping details if they are different from your billing details.
Also, if you haven’t already by this point, don’t forget to sign up for the Novo Club to be first to find out about what’s hot, promotions and loads more cool informaton.
It is also a good idea to click “Remember my details for next time” so you don’t have to re-enter you details each time you order. Your information will just be stored in a ‘cookie’ on your computer, so this will only be remembered if you always order from the same computer. Don’t select this option if you are ordering from a computer that isn’t yours.
Time to pay
When you click the “payment & checkout” button you will be redirected to the ANZ eGate website to process you payment on their secure website.
Novo only accepts VISA and MasterCard as payment method; we do not accept Gift Vouchers, Money orders of Cash on delivery.
